Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
three to six months related experience or training
availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
ability to stand and perform physical tasks for extended periods
knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
willingness to learn and grow within the company

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items
support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
prepare all necessary items for their station as needed
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, countertops, knives, and equipment
maintain the proper temperature of equipment
perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
