Capers & Lemons Italian is currently looking for skilled Pasta Chefs to join its dynamic culinary team. The Pasta Chef role involves preparing a variety of handmade pastas from different Italian regions, working closely under the guidance of Executive Chefs, Sous Chefs, or senior line cooks. The restaurant offers both full-time and part-time shifts with flexible hours, including day and evening availability. Job Qualifications

  • Good sense of taste and smell
  • Knowledge of a second language is a plus

Job Duties

  • Follow and fulfill the duties given by the executive chef, sous chefs, or senior line cooks
  • Work with a variety of handmade pastas from various regions of Italy
  • Keep stations clean and well stocked with the ingredients required to cook the dish that they are asked to prepare
  • Enjoy providing great hospitality
