Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
three to six months of related experience or training
ability to stand for extended periods
ability to follow health and safety regulations
basic knife skills
flexible availability

knowledge of safe food handling practices
ability to work in a fast-paced environment
good communication skills
teamwork orientation

Job Duties

Maintain the highest standards for food quality and sanitation
assure timely and accurate preparation of pastas, sandwiches, and grilled items
support line checks process and complete prep par sheets every shift
prepare all necessary items for the station as needed
practice and teach safe and sanitary handling of cutting boards, counter tops, knives, and equipment
maintain proper temperature of equipment
perform station opening, closing, and side work duties each shift
