Job Requirements

  • Possess 3-5 years aviation industry experience with knowledge of passenger operations and procedures
  • Previous management experience in passenger services
  • Able to pass employment testing including background, drug, and DMV record checks
  • Capable of standing for long periods at ticket counter and gate check-in areas
  • Comfortable lifting up to 70lbs
  • Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • 3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of passenger operations and procedures
  • Adept at leading line level managers
  • Previous management experience with a track record of passenger services success
  • Management experience in airport ground handling business managing a business unit
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in shift patterns including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Full accountability for health and safety issues, operational and financial performance
  • Planning resource allocation in each business unit
  • Routine liaison with customer representatives, internal and external customers and agencies
  • Support the development of business units with accurate and timely project work
  • Ensuring compliance with all internal and external operational and administrative requirements
  • Perform as a mentor to other employees
  • Attend mandatory training imposed by the company and airlines
  • Provide training to employees according to company and airline standards
