Job Requirements
- Possess 3-5 years aviation industry experience with knowledge of passenger operations and procedures
- Previous management experience in passenger services
- Able to pass employment testing including background, drug, and DMV record checks
- Capable of standing for long periods at ticket counter and gate check-in areas
- Comfortable lifting up to 70lbs
- Availability and flexibility to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- 3-5 years of aviation industry experience with sound knowledge of passenger operations and procedures
- Adept at leading line level managers
- Previous management experience with a track record of passenger services success
- Management experience in airport ground handling business managing a business unit
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in shift patterns including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Full accountability for health and safety issues, operational and financial performance
- Planning resource allocation in each business unit
- Routine liaison with customer representatives, internal and external customers and agencies
- Support the development of business units with accurate and timely project work
- Ensuring compliance with all internal and external operational and administrative requirements
- Perform as a mentor to other employees
- Attend mandatory training imposed by the company and airlines
- Provide training to employees according to company and airline standards
