Job Requirements
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Possess a high school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Have strong communication skills
- Demonstrate proficient computer skills
- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for some locations
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Obtain airport security clearance including a 10-year employment, criminal record and residence background check
- For San Francisco position, proof of full COVID-19 vaccination required

- Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record for some airport locations
- Ability to pass a drug screen and obtain airport security clearance including 10-year employment, criminal record and residence background check
Job Duties
- Be actively involved with all passenger service duties in your area including checking in passengers, managing luggage, communicating with passengers, and coordinating ticket counter activities with vendors, flight, and ground handling teams
- Delegate passenger service duties in your assigned area either a gate or ticket counter
- Serve as point person to address passenger concerns and questions and make public announcements to update passengers on flight statuses as needed
- Maintain gate security to ensure only properly ticketed passengers access the jetway
- Conduct on-the-job training and coaching for new team members
- Observe and enforce all ATS and airline safety regulations and company policies
