The Party Host role at Peter Piper Pizza is an exciting opportunity designed for energetic individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high energy environments and have a passion for creating memorable celebrations. Party Hosts play a vital part in making each event special by managing the birthday party experience end-to-end. This includes setting up the party area, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child and all attendees have an unforgettable celebration. Beyond the party hosting duties, team members are immersed in learning the multifaceted aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.

Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 15 years of age
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Basic food safety knowledge
  • Ability to follow health and sanitation standards
  • Strong customer service orientation

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Interact with customers by receiving orders, processing payment, and responding to customer issues
  • Prepare products as ordered by customers
  • Maintain clean and safe work environment with uncompromising standards
  • Unload and stock supplies as required
  • Operate cash register or point of sale terminal as needed
  • Set up party areas and attend to guests during events
  • Ensure the birthday child has a memorable and enjoyable experience
