The company is nationally recognized for its role in family dining and entertainment, serving communities across the United States and various countries internationally. With over 120 locations in 45 states and 18 countries, Peter Piper Pizza embraces a culture that embodies food, fun, and family, ensuring that every guest's visit is memorable and enjoyable.

Peter Piper Pizza's brand is built on the idea that fun is baked into everything they do, from their delicious pizza to their lively party rooms and game areas. The company prides itself on fostering an environment where families can come together, celebrate special occasions, and create lasting memories. This is reinforced by their commitment to safety and health standards, operational excellence, and community engagement through donations and programs that support children and families.

Within this dynamic and fast-paced environment, Peter Piper Pizza is currently hiring Party Hosts who play a crucial role in elevating guest experiences. Their duties include setting up party areas, taking orders, attending to guests, and making sure that the birthday child and all attendees have an enjoyable time.

Working at Peter Piper Pizza offers team members unique opportunities for personal and professional growth. With a culture that values internal promotion, about 70% of the management team has been promoted from within, reflecting the company’s commitment to nurturing employees and providing career advancement paths. Team members receive hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest service, food preparation, cash handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment.

Another exciting feature for employees is the company's “Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow” program, which allows team members to access their earned wages quickly, providing financial flexibility and peace of mind. This benefit highlights the company’s innovative approach to employee welfare and satisfaction.

The Party Host role is suitable for those who thrive in energetic settings and enjoy interacting with people. Candidates should be personable, attentive, and motivated to contribute positively to every guest's experience. This position is not only about hosting but also about being an integral part of a team that values cooperation, hard work, and a passion for bringing joy to others.

Overall, Peter Piper Pizza provides a supportive and engaging workplace where team members can develop skills, enjoy a fun work atmosphere, and be part of a brand that emphasizes family values and community connection.
