Job Description

Peter Piper Pizza is a well-established family dining and entertainment company known for its commitment to great food, fun experiences, and creating lasting memories for families and communities. As a part of CEC Entertainment, LLC, headquartered in Irving, Texas, Peter Piper Pizza is recognized for delivering a neighborhood pizzeria experience through quality food and engaging entertainment. The company operates over 120 locations across 45 states and 18 countries, showcasing a broad and successful presence in the casual family dining sector. Through a mix of delicious menu options, exciting party hosting, and a dedication to guest satisfaction, Peter Piper Pizza brings families together in a safe and lively environment where fun is deeply integrated into every visit - "The Fun is Baked In." The brand prides itself on safety standards and community involvement, supporting children’s physical and social development through play and entertainment, and administering rigorous health and sanitation measures to protect both guests and employees.

The role of a Party Host at Peter Piper Pizza is designed for individuals who thrive in vibrant, fast-paced environments and love creating joyful experiences for children and families. Party Hosts play a crucial role in making every event memorable by setting up party areas, assisting guests, and ensuring the birthday child enjoys an unforgettable celebration. This position offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest services, food preparation, and cash handling. Beyond just hosting, the role encompasses welcoming guests, managing orders, maintaining high hygiene standards, and promoting an energetic, inclusive atmosphere where team members work collaboratively toward the shared goal that Every Guest Leaves Happy.

Peter Piper Pizza fosters a culture of growth and career advancement, as evidenced by the fact that 70% of their management team has been promoted internally. This highlights the company's commitment to taking care of its team members and encouraging professional development from within. Additionally, Peter Piper Pizza offers an innovative "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program that allows employees to receive wages daily, removing the traditional wait period between paychecks and supporting financial flexibility.

This hourly role can encompass various positions such as front of house, birthday host/hostess, cashier, and game room attendant, providing employees a diverse set of skills and experiences within the hospitality and entertainment industry. Safety and health remain a top priority, with comprehensive protocols to ensure a secure working environment for staff and guests alike. Reasonable accommodations are also made to support individuals with disabilities in performing essential job functions.

As a part of CEC Entertainment’s family of brands, including the iconic Chuck E. Cheese, Peter Piper Pizza upholds values of diversity, inclusion, and a positive workplace culture. The company is recognized nationally for its leadership in family entertainment and employee well-being. With benefits such as medical, dental, vision insurance, life and disability coverage, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan for eligible US employees, Peter Piper Pizza offers a comprehensive employment package complemented by job training and career growth opportunities. This position is ideal for those passionate about creating memorable experiences, excelling in customer service, and contributing to a fun, supportive team environment.
