Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience
- Experience with event planning or coordination preferred
- Availability to work holidays, weekends, and late nights
- Self-directed with ability to work flexible schedules
- Strong attention to detail and integrity
- Ability to multitask and problem solve
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a theater setting, restaurant, bar, entertainment operation, or a similar role with proven success preferred
- Experience with event planning and coordination preferred
- Ability to work holidays, weekends, and late nights
- Strong work ethic and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and problem solve

Job Duties
- Welcome and greet large groups of guests, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction during events
- Set up party events including cleaning, stocking, decorating, and arranging catering supplies and chaffing equipment
- Operate and set up audio/visual equipment for events
- Prep concessions and food items for guest enjoyment
- Manage breakdown and cleanup of event areas post-party
- Guide guests through the theater highlighting amenities and services
- Participate in Cast & Crew shifts during non-event times
