Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during scheduled shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and coworkers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience is a plus

Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take and attend to orders
- Engage with guests and ensure their experience is enjoyable
- Oversee the birthday child's party activities to ensure fun and safety
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the party area
- Collaborate with team members to enhance guest satisfaction
- Adhere to safety and health protocols during the event
