Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- able to work in an environment with flashing lights, loud noises, and moving mechanical parts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- good communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders from guests
- attend to guests throughout the party
- ensure the birthday child has a fun and memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- coordinate with other team members to deliver excellent service
- handle guest interactions with enthusiasm and professionalism
