Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- Must comply with health and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in customer service or party hosting is a plus but not mandatory
- Ability to handle a fast-paced and noisy environment
Job Duties
- Prepare the party area by setting up tables
- Take guest orders and attend to guests
- Ensure the birthday child and guests have a fun and memorable celebration
- Assist with event coordination and timing
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- Promote membership and Fun Pass sales
- Provide excellent customer service with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude
