Job Requirements
- Be at least 15 years of age
- Available to work various shifts
- Ability to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk and squat during shifts
- Ability to handle job stress
- Must interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Willingness to work in an environment with flashing lights and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
- Ability to handle guest interactions effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Basic math skills for handling sales
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- Prepare party area by setting up tables
- Take orders from guests
- Attend to guests during events
- Ensure the birthday child has an enjoyable experience
- Promote and sell memberships and Fun Passes
- Maintain a clean and safe party environment
- Assist in handling party-related stress and guest interactions
