As a Party Host, you become the life of every celebration by preparing party areas, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child and their guests have an unforgettable experience. This role is essential in keeping events running smoothly and bringing fun to life, contributing directly to customer satisfaction and brand reputation. The position offers competitive hourly pay between $15.16 and $16.16, with additional commission potentials for selling memberships and Fun Passes. Commissions for exempt employees range from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees earn commissions from $2.00 to $8.00 and $0.60 to $2.40 respectively, paid bi-weekly.
