Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- physically able to lift or carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shifts
- able to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- experience in customer service or hospitality is a plus
- strong communication skills
- ability to work well in a team
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling orders and payments
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders and attend to guests
- ensure the birthday child has a fun and memorable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- assist with party coordination and timing
- promote membership and fun pass sales
