Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts including weekends and holidays
- able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds during shifts
- capable of standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting
- able to handle job stress and work effectively with others
- comply with health and safety guidelines
Job Qualifications
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- previous experience in customer-facing roles is a plus
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
Job Duties
- prepare party areas by setting up tables
- take orders and attend to guests during events
- ensure the birthday child has a memorable and enjoyable experience
- maintain cleanliness and organization of party spaces
- promote a safe and fun environment for all guests
- collaborate with team members to ensure smooth event execution
- handle cash and operate point-of-sale systems as needed
