Job Requirements
- be at least 15 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shift
- capable of handling job stress and interacting effectively with others
- comply with health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- effective communication skills
- experience working with children or in customer-facing roles preferred
Job Duties
- prepare party area by setting up tables
- take orders from guests
- attend to guests ensuring satisfaction
- make sure birthday child has an enjoyable experience
- maintain cleanliness and safety of party area
- assist with party coordination and flow
- promote membership and fun pass sales
