Pay structures for Party Hosts offer competitive compensation with varied commission potentials—exempt positions can earn commission from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt positions have commission rates ranging from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Compensation is paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise, reflecting the company's flexible approach to employee earnings.
