Working at CEC Entertainment, specifically as a Party Host for Chuck E. Cheese, means being part of a vibrant team that brings fun and excitement to life. This role is perfect for individuals seeking a first-time job, those looking to build a career in customer service and entertainment, or anyone passionate about working in a lively, family-friendly environment.

Compensation for Party Hosts varies, with exempt employees earning commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass, while non-exempt employees have commissions of $2.00 to $8.00 for memberships and $0.60 to $2.40 for Fun Pass sales, paid bi-weekly unless state law requires otherwise.

Besides competitive pay, employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package including a 50% meal discount during shifts, flexible schedules to accommodate various needs, scholarship opportunities, perks and discounts programs, an employee referral program, and the CEC Cares Fund to assist employees during catastrophes. Part-time employees can also opt into voluntary benefits, and paid sick leave is provided at the rate of one hour per 30 hours worked.

CEC Entertainment emphasizes the importance of health and safety for its guests and staff. The work environment at Chuck E. Cheese includes factors such as flashing and flickering lights, moving mechanical parts, and loud noises. Employees must be able to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, standing, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing/pulling, walking, and squatting. The company is committed to making reasonable accommodations to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.
