Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- have excellent customer service skills
- possess energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds
- able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, walk, and squat during shift
- handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- work in environment with flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises
Job Qualifications
- be at least 16 years of age
- have excellent customer service skills
- possess an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members
- capability to work flexible shifts
- prior experience in customer-focused roles is a plus but not required
Job Duties
- prepare party areas by setting up tables
- take orders and attend to guests
- ensure birthday children have an enjoyable experience
- assist in maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
- engage with guests to provide excellent customer service
- help coordinate party activities to keep fun levels high
- support team members in diverse tasks as needed
