In this role, Party Hosts also engage in physically active work, being able to lift or carry up to 50 pounds and perform tasks that involve standing, bending, kneeling, pushing, pulling, walking, and squatting throughout their shift. The working environment includes exposure to flashing lights, mechanical parts, and loud noises, demanding resilience and a positive attitude while interacting effectively with guests and team members. Compensation for this role ranges from $8.75 to $13.75 per hour, with additional commission potential ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for each membership sold and from $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold for exempt employees. Non-exempt employees may earn commission from $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and from $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, paid bi-weekly.
