The Party Host role at CEC Entertainment is an exciting opportunity for individuals looking to start or grow their careers in hospitality and entertainment. Party Hosts play a pivotal role in elevating guest experiences by managing party events with enthusiasm and professionalism. Responsibilities include preparing party areas by setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring that the birthday child and attendees have a memorable, joyous celebration. This role promises a lively work atmosphere where fun is always part of the job, making it ideal for energetic and outgoing individuals.

Compensation for Party Hosts is competitive, with an hourly wage ranging from $16.90 to $17.90. There is also commission potential that varies depending on employment status: Exempt employees earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while Non-Exempt employees can earn $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass. Commissions are paid out bi-weekly unless state laws dictate otherwise. Additionally, CEC Entertainment offers a unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, enabling employees to access their earned pay without waiting for the usual paycheck cycle.

Party Hosts must be at least 15 years old and possess excellent customer service skills, an energetic personality, and availability to work various shifts. The job requires physical activity, including the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout the shift. The work environment is fast-paced and involves interaction with guests and coworkers amid flashing lights, moving parts, and loud noises.
