The Party Host role at Chuck E. Cheese is a dynamic and exciting entry-level position perfect for first-time job seekers or those looking to build a rewarding career within the family entertainment industry. Party Hosts are essential in creating memorable birthday celebrations by preparing the party area, setting up tables, taking orders, attending to guests, and ensuring the birthday child has an unforgettable experience. This role requires an energetic and enthusiastic personality along with excellent customer service skills to engage with guests and maintain a lively atmosphere.
CEC Entertainment offers both exempt and non-exempt employment types for Party Hosts, with commission potentials varying by classification. Exempt employees can earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 for each Membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 for each Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees earn between $2.00 to $8.00 per Membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass, with commissions paid bi-weekly. Additionally, the company offers the "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to access their earnings without waiting for the typical pay cycle.
This position requires physical stamina as Party Hosts must be able to lift or carry objects up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk, and squat throughout their shifts.
