CEC Entertainment offers competitive pay along with a generous commission structure: Exempt positions have the potential to earn commissions ranging from $0.50 to $10.00 per membership sold and $0.15 to $3.00 per Fun Pass sold, while non-exempt employees can earn between $2.00 to $8.00 per membership and $0.60 to $2.40 per Fun Pass sold. These commissions are paid out bi-weekly unless otherwise mandated by state law. The company also features its unique "Work Today, Get Paid Tomorrow" program, allowing employees to receive payments more promptly without waiting for traditional pay cycles.
