Job Requirements
- be at least 16 years of age
- available to work various shifts
- excellent customer service skills
- energetic and enthusiastic personality
- must be able to lift or carry objects weighing 0-50 pounds
- must be able to stand, bend, kneel, reach, push/pull, walk and squat during shifts
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with others
- willingness to adhere to health and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- be at least 16 years of age
- possess excellent customer service skills
- have an energetic and enthusiastic personality
- ability to work flexible shifts
- prior experience in customer service is a plus but not required
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
Job Duties
- prepare the party area by setting up tables
- take orders from guests during parties
- attend to guests ensuring they have an enjoyable experience
- make sure the birthday child and party guests have a memorable celebration
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the party area
- assist with various tasks as needed during events
- promote a fun and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
