Job Requirements

Must be 16 years of age
ability to frequently lift up to 10 lbs, occasionally up to 40 lbs
excellent communication and customer service skills
ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
successful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments

Job Duties

Inspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch guest service and remaining attentive to guest needs
interact with guests with genuine enthusiasm and energy to ensure the best guest experience
facilitate all aspects of events and effectively sell and upsell product offerings
process transactions with accuracy and timeliness
maintain cleanliness and safety standards and report operational issues
conduct pre-event and post-event duties
other duties as assigned
