Job Description

Urban Air Adventure Parks is the leading brand in indoor adventure parks and a pioneer in location-based entertainment, headquartered in Dallas. With a focus on innovative entertainment, Urban Air has grown to become the largest adventure park operator worldwide, offering an expansive and exhilarating experience for families and children. The company is committed to creating an environment where kids can have fun and push their limits, striving to achieve new heights in physical activity and enjoyment. Urban Air emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and excitement, making it a destination for all seeking adventure and memorable experiences.

Urban Air Homewood, one of the many locations under this national brand, continues this tradition by delivering fun-filled, safe, and engaging adventure experiences tailored to children and families. As a business, it embraces diversity and encourages an inclusive workplace where employees can thrive and grow. The company is an equal opportunity employer, reinforcing its commitment to diversity and fair hiring practices.

The Party Host position at Urban Air Homewood is designed for those who love working with kids and have a flair for event excitement. This role is not just about managing parties—it’s about creating unforgettable moments and being the life of the celebration. As a Party Host, you'll be the enthusiastic face that guests encounter first, responsible for setting the tone of the party with a welcoming smile and energy that keeps the party atmosphere alive. You'll handle everything from room setup to assisting parents and guests, ensuring the perfect blend of fun and order.

Your duties include precise timing during the party flow—knowing exactly when to boost excitement, announce the cake, and prep the party room for the next group of guests. Urban Air provides comprehensive training that allows you to gain experience in various park roles, ensuring your work remains dynamic and engaging. This flexibility lets you develop valuable skills in customer service, event coordination, and safety management which can be beneficial for future career paths in hospitality, event planning, or entertainment.

This is a part-time, flexible position ideal for energetic individuals aged 16 and above, with or without prior experience in retail or hospitality. The role demands good communication skills and a people-oriented attitude to create a positive and memorable experience for all park visitors. Weekend availability, especially two out of three days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday), is a key requirement to support peak times at the park.

The benefits package supports work-life balance and personal growth, offering flexible hours, discounts on food, and opportunities to enjoy the park during off days. Leadership potential is a significant perk, with chances to learn responsibility and enhance communication skills in an interactive and supportive environment. This is more than a job; it’s a chance to be part of a vibrant team that values fun, energy, and community engagement at its core.
