Job Requirements
- Must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily
- Ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and apply general rules to specific problems
- Ability to read, understand and communicate information in writing
- Ability to understand and communicate ideas orally
- Ability to develop and maintain computer records
- Must be enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Must be able to communicate clearly
- Must be able to work weekends
- Food Handler's Permit required
Job Qualifications
- Problem anticipation and deductive reasoning
- Written comprehension and expression
- Oral comprehension and expression
- Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software
- Team player with enthusiasm, friendliness, organization, reliability, and patience
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Ability to communicate clearly
- Ability to work weekends
- Valid Food Handler's Permit required
Job Duties
- Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas
- Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
- Explain the rules and policies
- Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
- Serve food, beverages, and cake
- Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests
- Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
- Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
