Job Requirements

  • Must be able to perform each primary job function satisfactorily
  • Ability to tell when something is wrong or likely to go wrong and apply general rules to specific problems
  • Ability to read, understand and communicate information in writing
  • Ability to understand and communicate ideas orally
  • Ability to develop and maintain computer records
  • Must be enthusiastic, friendly, organized, reliable, patient, and willing to go the extra mile
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Must be able to communicate clearly
  • Must be able to work weekends
  • Food Handler's Permit required

Job Qualifications

  • Problem anticipation and deductive reasoning
  • Written comprehension and expression
  • Oral comprehension and expression
  • Ability to develop and maintain computer records in Word, Excel and other software
  • Team player with enthusiasm, friendliness, organization, reliability, and patience
  • Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to communicate clearly
  • Ability to work weekends
  • Valid Food Handler's Permit required

Job Duties

  • Responsible for set up and cleanup of party areas
  • Greet parties and assist customers with waiver completion
  • Explain the rules and policies
  • Accompany children during pre-arranged activities
  • Serve food, beverages, and cake
  • Manage party gifts and belongings to ensure they remain with guests
  • Monitor timing to ensure parties stay on schedule
  • Collaborate with customers to resolve issues to ensure a great experience
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager
