Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years
- availability to work two weekend days out of Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
- effective communication skills
- friendly and outgoing personality
- willingness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years or older
- prior work experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required
- great personality and people-oriented
- ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations
- ability to work two out of three weekend days (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
Job Duties
- Greet party guests with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- set up party rooms efficiently and prepare party areas for celebrations
- assist parents and guests throughout the party to ensure satisfaction
- deliver hot, fresh pizza and other refreshments to guests promptly
- manage the party schedule and timing to maintain high energy and smooth transitions
- prepare the party room quickly for the next group of guests
- learn and perform various roles within the park through provided training
