You will be the face of the party experience, greeting attendees with enthusiasm and ensuring every detail—from the setup to the execution of activities and serving refreshments—is executed flawlessly.

Your responsibilities will include managing the entire party flow, coordinating with parents or event organizers to meet expectations, and maintaining a high energy level that keeps children entertained and parents at ease. You will set up and clean the party room before and after events, transition efficiently between parties, and handle any guest concerns professionally to uphold Urban Air's reputation for superior customer service.

This role demands strong communication skills, a friendly and approachable demeanor, and the ability to adapt to the fast-paced, team-oriented environment of Urban Air.
