The role is hourly, with a salary range from $12.48 to $16 per hour, depending on experience and location. Party Hosts are expected to demonstrate a high level of guest focus, maintain safety and sanitation standards, and engage actively with guests to provide a memorable and joyful experience. Party Hosts serve as the life of the party, responsible for welcoming guests, guiding the party through scheduled activities, helping with gift and cake coordination, handling payment transactions, and maintaining cleanliness before, during, and after the event.
