Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales or customer service

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests looking to book events
- Work with customers to design customized party packages that include food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all leads promptly, usually within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with the Park Team to deliver excellent guest experiences
- Promote sales by building relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain customer satisfaction
- Assist with other duties as assigned to support team and operations
