The role of a Party Coordinator at Urban Air Waco is an exciting and dynamic position within the company. As the first point of contact for guests, the Party Coordinator plays a vital role in selling the fun by designing customized party packages and group event experiences that perfectly blend food, drinks, and attractions. The Party Coordinator will work closely with potential and current guests, such as birthday parties, church groups, sports teams, corporate events, and any other gatherings, ensuring each event is tailored to exceed expectations.
This position requires a blend of customer service, sales savvy, and operational coordination. The Party Coordinator engages with guests to understand their needs, guide them through the available options, and ultimately build relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals. The role involves timely response to leads, even up to three months in advance, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience. Beyond sales, the Party Coordinator is expected to resolve conflicts quickly and fairly, contribute to the overall team success, and maintain a high standard of guest satisfaction. Job Requirements

- Experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Availability to work weekend and evening shifts
- Strong interpersonal skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in group events
- Collaborate with guests to design customized party packages that include food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all sales leads promptly, within the same or next business day
- Work with the Park Team to ensure an excellent guest experience
- Manage bookings for events up to three months in advance
- Resolve customer conflicts quickly and fairly
- Contribute positively to the team environment and support team members
