Job Description

Urban Air Adventure Parks is a leading indoor adventure park and the global market leader in location-based entertainment. Headquartered in Dallas, the company has revolutionized the concept of adventure parks by offering innovative attractions and experiences that delight guests of all ages. Urban Air’s mission is to provide kids and families a safe, fun, and inspiring environment where they can discover new challenges, build confidence, and create lasting memories together. As a pioneer in this industry, Urban Air continues to expand its footprint with numerous locations, each designed to deliver exceptional entertainment and customer service. Their commitment to quality and innovation has earned them the reputation of being the largest adventure park operator worldwide, attracting millions of visitors annually.

At the Urban Air location in Ahwatukee, the role of Party Coordinator carries a dynamic and vital responsibility. The Party Coordinator acts as the first point of contact for guests planning birthday parties, corporate events, church gatherings, sports group meetups, and other types of private or group celebrations. This position focuses on selling the unique combination of attractions, food, and drinks that make Urban Air events unforgettable. It’s a fast-paced, customer-facing role that demands excellent communication skills, outgoing personality, and strong sales acumen. The ideal candidate thrives in the family entertainment scene, enjoys engaging with diverse clientele, and consistently achieves and exceeds sales goals by effectively promoting party packages.

The Party Coordinator not only drives sales but also collaborates closely with the park team to ensure that every event runs smoothly and that guests experience the highest level of service. This role requires attention to detail, quick conflict resolution abilities, and a genuine passion for creating fun occasions. The coordinator schedules bookings up to three months in advance and follows up with clients to assess satisfaction and foster repeat business and referrals. The work environment is vibrant, with a focus on teamwork, safety, and a shared dedication to making every guest’s visit memorable. Employment at Urban Air is business casual and requires availability during weekends and evenings to accommodate the busiest party times.

Urban Air Adventure Parks Ahwatukee offers a supportive and energetic workplace where personal development and career growth are encouraged. Employees are valued for their contributions, empowered to take initiative, and celebrated for their successes. As such, working as a Party Coordinator at Urban Air is not just a job; it’s an opportunity to be part of a thriving entertainment company that prioritizes fun, innovation, and guest satisfaction.
