The Party Coordinator role at Urban Air Knoxville is a dynamic and customer-focused position serving as the first point of contact for guests. The ideal candidate is outgoing, personable, and passionate about selling fun and creating tailored party experiences, including birthday parties, church events, sports groups, corporate team building, and more. The Party Coordinator works closely with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions that match the needs of each group. This role requires excellent communication and sales skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations. Responsibilities include responding promptly to all leads, booking sales up to three months in advance, and collaborating with the park team to ensure a seamless and enjoyable guest experience. Additionally, the Party Coordinator embodies the energy and enthusiasm necessary to represent Urban Air's brand, fostering repeat business and positive referrals. A key part of the role is working with the leadership team to drive financial results, while always prioritizing safety and excellent customer service. Job Requirements

- Previous experience in sales or customer service
- Excellent communication skills

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests interested in party bookings
- Work with guests to design customized party packages including food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond promptly to all sales leads, aiming for same or next business day responses
- Collaborate with the park team to ensure excellent guest experiences during events
- Achieve and exceed sales goals, booking party sales up to three months in advance
- Follow up with guests after events to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Support the leadership team in driving store financial results and promoting a positive team environment
