The Party Coordinator role at Urban Air Mansfield is a dynamic and rewarding position central to delivering outstanding guest experiences in a fast-paced family entertainment setting. As the 'First Point of Contact' for guests, the Party Coordinator has the vital responsibility of working closely with customers to craft personalized party packages ideal for birthdays, church events, sports groups, corporate team-building, and many other group activities. This role requires a friendly, outgoing, and highly personable individual who excels at communicating the added value of Urban Air's entertainment and catering options. The Party Coordinator thrives on engaging with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions, ensuring each event is enjoyable, memorable, and exceeds customer expectations.

Success in this position is driven by the ability to respond promptly and professionally to all leads, conducting follow-ups efficiently and booking events well in advance, often three months or more. A passion for selling fun experiences and exhibiting energetic enthusiasm while representing Urban Air's brand is essential. The Party Coordinator works hand-in-hand with the Park Team and leadership to foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and guest satisfaction. This includes promoting safety, cleanliness, and security within the park while embracing a proactive attitude to support colleagues and contribute ideas that enhance team performance and customer service.
