Job Duties
- Act as the first point of contact for guests seeking information about party packages
- Work closely with guests to design custom party experiences including food, drinks, and attractions
- Respond to all leads and inquiries in a timely manner, typically same or next business day
- Collaborate with the park team to ensure exceptional guest experience during events
- Book and manage party sales, often three months in advance
- Resolve conflicts quickly and fairly to maintain guest satisfaction
- Follow up with guests post-event to ensure expectations were exceeded
