The Party Coordinator role at Urban Air Waterbury is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about creating fun and memorable group experiences. This position serves as the first point of contact for guests planning birthday parties, sports events, corporate team-building activities, church groups, and other special gatherings. The Party Coordinator will work closely with clients to design custom packages that combine food, drinks, and attractions tailored to each group's unique needs. This role demands a high level of interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication, sales acumen, and the ability to manage relationships with a diverse clientele.
In this dynamic role, the Party Coordinator is expected to respond promptly to all leads—within the same or next business day—to capitalize on sales opportunities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work Saturday, Sunday, and/or evening shifts during the week
- Excellent communication skills
- Outgoing and personable nature
- Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
- Ability to respond promptly to customer inquiries
- Commitment to providing excellent customer service and guest satisfaction
