The Party Coordinator plays a pivotal role in enhancing the guest experience by managing the entire birthday party department at Urban Air. This full-time position requires an energetic, outgoing, and highly organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced family entertainment setting. The Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for guests, partnering with them to customize birthday parties, church events, sports group outings, corporate team building sessions, and other group activities. The role involves coordinating food, drinks, packages, and attractions to create memorable celebrations tailored to individual group needs.

In addition to guest interaction, the Party Coordinator is responsible for training and mentoring party staff to deliver outstanding service. They oversee daily operations within the birthday party department, ensuring adherence to the party management system and company protocols. The Coordinator must be a natural leader with excellent communication skills, a win-the-day attitude, and a passion for exceeding customer expectations. Working closely with other leadership team members, the Coordinator contributes to driving financial results and maintaining a safe, sanitary, and secure environment.

Typical working hours include availability on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays, with potential evening shifts during the week.
