The Party Coordinator is the first point of contact for guests looking to organize birthday parties, church events, corporate team-building sessions, sports groups, and other special gatherings. This role involves working closely with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions to ensure a customized and exciting event experience.

As a Party Coordinator at Urban Air Southlake, you will thrive in a multi-faceted family entertainment setting where every day brings new opportunities to engage with customers and contribute to the company’s success. You will be responsible for responding promptly to all leads—typically within the same or next business day—and demonstrating exceptional sales capabilities to exceed goals.
