Urban Air Southlake, a prominent location within Urban Air’s network, is currently seeking a passionate and energetic Party Coordinator to join their team. This full-time, fast-paced position is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, personable, and enthusiastic about creating unforgettable celebrations. The Party Coordinator is the first point of contact for guests looking to organize birthday parties, church events, corporate team-building sessions, sports groups, and other special gatherings. This role involves working closely with guests to design the perfect combination of food, drinks, and attractions to ensure a customized and exciting event experience.
As a Party Coordinator at Urban Air Southlake, you will thrive in a multi-faceted family entertainment setting where every day brings new opportunities to engage with customers and contribute to the company’s success. You will be responsible for responding promptly to all leads—typically within the same or next business day—and demonstrating exceptional sales capabilities to exceed goals. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and sell value-added packages will be key to increasing repeat business and generating positive referrals.
Your role doesn’t end at booking the party; you are also tasked with collaborating with the Park Team to ensure every event runs smoothly and meets or exceeds guest expectations. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced family entertainment environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work weekend and evening shifts
- Ability to respond to leads promptly
- Sales experience preferred
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and sanitary work environment

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests
- Work with guests to design customized food, drink, and attraction packages for events
- Respond to all party inquiries promptly within the same or next business day
- Collaborate with Park Team to ensure excellent guest experience during events
- Maintain strong customer relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
- Follow up with guests post-event to ensure satisfaction
- Support team members and assist with other duties as assigned
