Job Description
Urban Air Adventure Parks is a leading indoor adventure park company that has pioneered the concept of location-based entertainment. Founded and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Urban Air has quickly grown to become the largest operator of adventure parks worldwide. The company focuses on providing unique and memorable experiences for families and groups through a wide variety of attractions, including trampolines, climbing walls, obstacle courses, and more. With an emphasis on fun, safety, and guest satisfaction, Urban Air caters to individuals of all ages, helping kids and families aim higher and achieve things they never thought possible. The company is dedicated to creating an inclusive and exciting environment where people can bond, play, and celebrate life’s special moments.
The Party Coordinator role at Urban Air Corpus Christi offers an exciting opportunity to be the face of fun and celebration within the park. This position is crucial as it serves as the first point of contact for guests looking to design the perfect group event, whether it be birthday parties, church gatherings, sports team outings, corporate team-building events, or any other group celebration. The Party Coordinator will work directly with customers to customize party packages that combine food, drinks, and attractions to create unforgettable experiences.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, multi-faceted family entertainment setting and is outgoing, personable, and skilled in both verbal and written communications. This role requires a sales-oriented mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Responding promptly to leads, often within the same or next business day, and booking sales three months in advance are key aspects of this role. Success as a Party Coordinator means not only meeting but exceeding sales goals while ensuring guests have a superior experience from inquiry to post-event follow-up.
Day-to-day responsibilities encompass building strong relationships with guests, working collaboratively with the park team to execute events flawlessly, and maintaining high guest satisfaction rates. The position also demands a proactive attitude toward resolving conflicts quickly and fairly, embodying the vibrant energy and enthusiasm that defines Urban Air’s brand. A Party Coordinator at Urban Air must be committed to safety, operate with a sense of ownership, and contribute positively to the team environment.
Urban Air offers a non-typical family entertainment workplace where the culture encourages fun, development, and teamwork. Employees enjoy a business casual dress code and must be flexible to work weekend and evening shifts. Urban Air Corpus Christi is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, fostering diversity and inclusivity in all aspects of its workforce. This is an excellent role for someone who loves people, thrives on sales, and wants to be part of an innovative company dedicated to transforming everyday moments into extraordinary memories.
