Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- availability to work Friday, Saturday, and Sunday shifts
- ability to work evenings during the week
- previous experience in family entertainment or event coordination preferred
- reliable transportation
- ability to mentor and train young staff members
- strong customer service orientation

Job Duties
- Serve as the first point of contact for guests planning party events
- design customized party packages including food, drinks and attractions
- train and manage party staff
- ensure party management system is being followed
- exceed customer and guest expectations
- coordinate birthday party department operations
- collaborate with leadership team to achieve financial goals
