Job Requirements
- Must be able to sit stand or walk for extended periods of time
- must be able to lift carry move and/or position items weighing up to 25 pounds team lift as needed and for heavy objects
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- ability to accept guidance and supervision
- ability to communicate effectively with customers team members and leadership
- be aware attentive and work well with others
- ability to work in outdoor weather conditions while taking precautions including hydration and sun-protection
Job Duties
- Coordinate day of details for party and group events to ensure a successful and memorable event
- set up and prepare designated event areas including cleanliness, seating, food and beverage and required materials or equipment
- welcome guests to the event area and interact with them in a friendly age-appropriate manner
- manage event timing to ensure all scheduled activities run smoothly and on time
- assist with food and beverage service including distribution of food, drinks, and birthday cake while adhering to safety and hygiene standards
- monitor guests especially children to ensure safety rules are followed and address any issues promptly
- communicate effectively with team members to support seamless event execution
