Job Requirements

- retail or customer service experience
- ability to stand for long periods
- ability to lift heavy boxes and access high shelves using ladders or similar equipment
- good communication skills

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children's birthday parties and craft classes
- engage clients of all ages and create an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in craft projects and activities including face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons according to company standards
- communicate event details with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks such as answering emails, making phone calls and paperwork
- adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency plans for events
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold company cleanliness and safety standards before and after events
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and company policies
- interact respectfully and positively with customers and co-workers
- cross train in Custom Framing selling and production
- participate in daily store cleanliness activities including sweeping, vacuuming, dusting, and restroom maintenance
- perform other duties as assigned
