Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in event coordination or retail customer service
- Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and carrying
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and early mornings
- Must be able to comply with federal, state, and local job requirements
- Willingness to uphold company standards and policies
Job Qualifications
- Experience working with children and children’s events
- Excellent people skills
- Strong communication skills including written, verbal, and nonverbal communication
- Organizational skills and creative problem-solving abilities
- Retail and customer service experience
- Ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with guests and co-workers
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with clients by creating a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects and perform activities such as face painting
- Facilitate party add-ons like goody bags and balloons to company standards
- Communicate with clients and store team members about events
- Complete administrative tasks including emails, phone calls, and paperwork
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and needs
