Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in event coordination or related field
- experience working with children and organizing children’s events
- strong communication skills including written and verbal
- ability to handle job stress and interact effectively with diverse groups

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events at once including children's birthday parties and other craft classes or events
- engage with clients of all ages by creating an environment of fun and creativity
- demonstrate and instruct party participants in completing craft projects and activities such as face painting
- facilitate and implement party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons to company standards
- communicate events with clients and store team members
- complete administrative tasks including answering emails, making phone calls, and completing paperwork
- adjust plans and events based on client feedback and needs
- create backup or emergency plans as needed
- ensure client satisfaction for scheduled events
- uphold company cleanliness and safety standards
- help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
- provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- engage customers on rewards program and credit card enrollments
- educate customers on Voice of Customer survey
- assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and Ship From Store
- participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties
- complete merchandise recovery and maintenance
- perform Store in Stock Optimization and AD set duties
- support shrink and safety programs
- adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
