Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in retail or customer service
- Ability to engage effectively with guests of all ages
- Good communication and listening skills
- Ability to handle job stress and work collaboratively
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- Willingness to work nights, weekends, and early mornings as required

Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate multiple events including children’s birthday parties and craft classes
- Engage with guests to create a fun and creative environment
- Demonstrate and instruct craft projects, perform face painting, and other activities
- Facilitate party add-ons such as goody bags and balloons
- Communicate effectively with clients and store team members
- Complete administrative tasks including answering emails and making phone calls
- Adjust event plans based on client feedback and ensure client satisfaction
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards by setting up and breaking down events
- Assist customers with product location and provide solutions
- Provide fast and friendly checkout experience
- Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards enrollments
- Manage Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
- Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes
- Complete merchandise recovery and store optimization duties
- Support shrink and safety programs
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Maintain positive and respectful interactions with customers and team members
- Cross train in custom framing selling and production
- Participate in daily store cleanliness activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
