The Parts Runner will also assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, verifying incoming deliveries, and ensuring accurate logging of parts within our inventory systems. Communication is key in this role, as it requires coordinating with various departments, suppliers, and management to ensure timely delivery and availability of parts. Documentation is another vital responsibility, involving meticulous record-keeping of all transactions, deliveries, and receipts with up-to-date processing of paperwork and database entries.

Vehicle maintenance forms part of the job, where the Parts Runner ensures that the delivery vehicle is well-maintained, schedules regular checks, and reports any mechanical issues promptly.
