Job Description

TruckPro is a leading supplier of heavy-duty truck parts and related services, committed to delivering top-quality products and exceptional customer service to the transportation industry. With a strong presence in the market, TruckPro offers a wide range of parts catering to the needs of commercial truck owners, mechanics, and fleet operators. The company is dedicated to supporting its customers with reliable parts, expert advice, and efficient service. Known for fostering a collaborative and dynamic work environment, TruckPro values its employees and invests in their personal and professional growth.

The Parts Delivery (NON-CDL) - Warehouse Associate position at TruckPro is a vital role that blends warehouse operations with local delivery service. This role involves handling transactions related to delivering and receiving heavy-duty truck parts, ensuring that parts are accurately processed and efficiently shipped. The associate will be responsible for receiving, organizing, and stocking parts, removing sold parts from inventory, and pulling orders for shipment. On the delivery side, the associate will provide prompt and courteous service to local customers, delivering parts within the market area and maintaining transaction records.

This is a non-CDL role allowing associates to operate company vehicles without the need for a commercial driver's license. The role requires a valid driver's license with a good driving record and the ability to safely maintain the delivery truck. Candidates should be comfortable with physical activity, including lifting heavy parts up to 50 pounds or more, and operating warehouse equipment such as forklifts. The position offers a competitive pay rate with day shift hours, occasionally requiring half-day Saturday support for the store.

TruckPro supports its employees with a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401K retirement savings with company match, paid time off with no waiting period, paid holidays, and employee referral bonuses. The company emphasizes a culture grounded in customer service and teamwork, encouraging a helpful attitude and communication skills. This role provides an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about service, skilled in warehouse and delivery tasks, and eager to contribute as part of a dedicated team. TruckPro’s stimulating workplace culture promotes open collaboration and continuous development, making it an ideal employment destination for motivated individuals seeking stable career growth in the heavy-duty truck parts industry.
