The role of Receiving Inspector at Signature Aviation is a specialized position within their repair station network, requiring the candidate to retain TECHNICAir Certified Receiving Inspector qualification. This position demands strict adherence to Quality Procedures (QPs) and local work instructions to ensure the highest standards in the inspection of incoming products and consumables. The Receiving Inspector will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation and compliance with company policies, Repair Station Quality Procedures, and Federal Aviation Regulations (FARs). The job also encompasses managing inventory control functions, including ordering, stocking, and tracking parts and supplies critical to the aviation maintenance process.

Working Monday through Friday from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, the Receiving Inspector will assist both internal and external customers by meeting their parts and stock needs, including processing over-the-counter sales and returns. Additionally, the role involves supporting inbound and outbound shipments, tool control and calibration requirements, and performing inventory cycle counts.
