Job Requirements
- At least 18 years old or older
- Possess valid unrestricted state-issued driver’s license
- Lift 75 pounds routinely, with or without a reasonable accommodation
- Pass a pre-placement background check and drug screen

- Possess excellent communication and organizational skills
- Evaluate and solve problems

- Knowledge of airline parts preferred but not necessary
- Detail-oriented and quick learner

Job Duties
- Supervise clerks to verify that daily tasks are completed in a timely and organized manner
- Provide direction, guidance, and motivation for all parts personnel
- Verify compliance with all SkyWest operating standards and procedures
- Reordering of parts, tools, and supplies for maintenance personnel
- Processing timecards, vendor interaction, and verifying shift coverage
- Assist in maintaining parts inventory and purchases
- Coordinate with parts supervisors to perform tasks
- Tasks assigned by manager
